Marginalia is a PDF markup tool published by We The Mind. This policy explains how the app handles your information.
Marginalia does not require you to sign up, log in, or create an account to use any of its features.
Marginalia works entirely on files you open within the app, on your own device. PDFs, images, and any edits you make are processed locally in your browser or device and are not uploaded to, or stored on, any server operated by We The Mind or Marginalia.
Marginalia does not collect, store, or share personal information such as your name, email address, or contact details. We do not sell or share user data with third parties.
If you install Marginalia through the Google Play Store, your interaction with the Play Store itself (downloads, reviews, ratings) is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy, not this one.
We may update this policy as Marginalia's features evolve (for example, if a premium tier or account system is added later). Any changes will be posted on this page.
